There were newly furnished rooms with a king bed and a nice big TV, for instance.

It offers friendly services.

Front of Office staff were quite disorganised and unhelpful. I had packages delivered for me prior to my arrival and checked with Front Desk who claimed nothing had been delivered for me. I had to spend 20 mins liasing directly with the mail room to locate both packages. No one from Front Desk was helpful and did not make us feel welcome at all.

We booked 2 rooms and when we had the check in, they wanted give us just 1 room for 4 people, saying that Booked.net didn't write them it. One of our room had free breakfast, they said us that we had to pay it for both. We read on the hotel's description that free internet wi-fi was in all the building, but it was just in the hall.

Good amenities and pool (very nice after a transatlantic flight) - Good location.

Excellent position - close to both daytime attractions, and nighttime life. Still in a quiet and silent street. Free self-service laundry service, 24-hours gym. Even though we reserved with a discounted fare, we were given an excellent service.

Sauna was not working. Swimming pool was quite small and crowded with kids.

First were told we had no reservatiion - then it was located.Room had 1 double bed instead of twin beds. Had to have a cot brought up and it was quite uncomfortable. Room service was good.

The room was just lovely and spacious. The price was excellent. We watched the soccer game in the bar and it was very friendly and the service excllent. Food was good too -- had the quesadilla.

Good location for sightseeing

Restaurant staff did not want to honor the free breakfast deal. And the cost of parking was expensive.

Great decor and comfortable rooms.

I was frustrated with the $30 destination fee per night. It seemed like a scam considering the limited benefits provided. I expected better service from the staff. They seemed indifferent and not attentive. My overall experience didn't match the standards I anticipated.

The pool and jacuzzi were nice and warm. Fitness area looked ok. Rooms were clean and sufficient. We had some noisy neighbours but staff immediately intervened.

Breakfast was not included and including the customary tip it was relatively expensive, but ok. You have a short walk to the center of Washington, so when you're not that fit, this could be problematic, there are however tourist busses you can take

I like the location of the hotel because you are able to walk to shops and eateries.

I would have liked a refrigerator and microwave in my room.

Had a blast with friends! Attended a special event in one of the flexible spaces and used the 24-hour gym to stay active. The hotel was clean, and the staff was really friendly. Plus, loved the easy access to nearby attractions!

Nice, clean hotel, all staff were very friendly, welcoming and unusually for a big city hotel all responded with a smile on their face, I'll certainly stay in this hotel again.

The room was newly furnished and nicely updated with central heating, pay TV and a safe box.

The hotel was big size with a favourable location near good restaurants nearby like "Paul " a French restaurant with awesome french bread, on Pennsylvania 10 minutes away as well as many sights. Overall a good stay out of service for that time.
